PRESENTER: Karen Vignare, Director of MSU Global Ventures

Overview: We are pleased to welcome Karen Vignare, presenting current research and resources related to blended learning. Ms. Vignare has a diverse background in research, teaching, financial research and political economics and regularly reviews books on online learning and papers for the Journal of Asynchronous Learning Networks, IEEE and International Conference on System Sciences. In addition to a literature review of blended learning resources, she will touch on key issues affiliated with blended learning such as; evaluation strategies, measuring effectiveness and student satisfaction, and design and implementation issues.
