Below, you will find an accessible syllabus sample created by John Quick of vuDAT. He will guide you through the steps of creating your own accessible online syllabus. You may use this sample as a template when you begin the syllabus creation process.
Course Description
Hi, my name is John, and I will be your guide for this lesson. Together, we will proceed through the steps of creating an accessible online syllabus using HTML. I first created and formatted this syllabus using a word processing application. Afterwards, I added HTML tags to the text so it would display properly and remain accessible to web users. Please see the guided steps at the bottom of this page for a detailed explanation of how this syllabus was created.
Course Objectives
- To become familiar with using basic HTML structure tags.
- To create an accessible online syllabus.
