Site maintenance is an ongoing process. Updating information, fixing bugs, moderating discussion forums, updating the calendar of events and adding new course content is necessary to keep your site vibrant and alive.

Because links to external sources become outdated quickly, they should be checked each semester, prior to student access.

You should always keep a copy of your course materials. Do this at the start and end of each semester and at anytime you make significant changes to your course.
